A Terabit ADM for the era of 400G
Our OpenFabric1200™ is a Terabit add/drop multiplexer (ADM) on a blade that can be easily added to deployed networks. Furthermore, it can also work as a DWDM multiplexer and OTN cross-connect. It’s the latest member of our FSP 3000 OpenFabric™ Series, a family of switchponders built for maximum openness, flexibility and scale. Specifically engineered for the 400G era, our ADVA FSP 3000 OpenFabric1200™ features 1200Gbit/s interface capacity and supports Ethernet and OTN services from 10Gbit/s to 400Gbit/s.
Open design leveraging pluggable coherent optics
With Terabit capacity, our OpenFabric1200™ is the ideal tool for leveraging more value from metro networks and upgrading legacy transport infrastructure. It offers OTN switching with the benefits of CFP2 pluggable DWDM coherent interfaces. With a small form factor, it fits into multiple FSP 3000 chassis sizes, including compact ETSI and DCI-compliant chassis, and requires no high-speed backplane. Featuring an open and scalable design, the OpenFabric1200™ unlocks the benefits of disaggregated environments and the latest pluggable coherent 400Gbit/s technology.
